Abstract:
The potential of information technology (IT) to transform organisations has been a recurrent theme for approximately fifty years. This potential has spurred a significant body of inquiry into many elements of IT with particular focus on executive support, strategic planning and relationships. Parallel developments in organisational change have similarly promised exciting, altered and better organisations enabled by IT.
