Abstract:
This dissertation presents a case study concerning the application of the Action Design Research (ADR) methodology to the development of a privacy-enhanced electronic postal system. As part of the ADR project, a model of privacy-related decision making and privacy risk handling behaviour is developed and validated and it is applied to guide the development of the privacy-related features of the electronic postal system.
