Abstract:
We investigated the possibility that BDNF might play a role in the modulation of synaptic function in the hippocampal formation. Our experiments have focused on the regulation of endogenous BDNF systems in spatial learning and on parallels between the intracellular signalling pathways in learning and long-term potentiation (LTP)
