Photograph by Roger Stalley. Detail of the junction between the rere-arches of two (of three) deeply splayed lancet windows in the north elevation of the north transept. The arches have a stiff-leaf foliage label stop, moulded bell capital and roll-and-fillet arch mouldings. The curve of the right hand arch, which is the central one of three, is adjusted to a flatter pitch to accommodate a quatrefoil rose window directly above.Role:
