Abstract

Helicobacter pylori infection is strongly associated with gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric adenocarcinoma. Molecular mechanisms involved in H. pylori adaptation and clinical consequences of infection are unclear. This study aimed to investigate transcriptional response to acid exposure and inter-strain genetic diversity.
