    Abstract

    The committee met at Mssrs. Pim's, 22, William-street, on Friday the 12th June, Alderman Campbell, J.P., in the chair; also present, Mr. Frederic W. Pim, Mr. Richard W. Kelly, Mr. Joseph T. Pim, Mr. Thomas Edmondson, and Dr. Hancock; and after investigating the subject referred to them by the Council of the Society, adopted the following report.
