Abstract
Electroporation is the delivery of short and intense electric pulses into living cells
(either in tissue or suspension), which results in a transient and reversible increase in
permeability of the cell transmembrane. This study is designed to develop
electroporation for use as a method of Semliki Forest virus (SFV) - based plasmid
delivery for both tumour treatment and vaccine delivery.
