    Description

    This watercolour, 'dated to 1806, is inscribed, "This drawing was taken from a Bird in the collection of Baron Lister, Naturalist remained fifty years in spirits, was taken out dried and stuff'd is now in the Dublin Museum. NB he called it a Starling". In the Ulster Museum album [where this watercolour is found], she gives her address and adds that "all the Birds [are] the size of nature".' (Crookshank & Glin, 116-117)
