Abstract
Geographical Information (GI) has traditionally been an instrument of power used particularly by governments and other organisations with the large resources needed to utilise such an expensive resource. Recent developments mean that digitally-stored personal information of all kinds can now effectively be treated as GI and analysed geographically.
