    Abstract

    The DEEPEN, (Droichead: Exploring and Eliciting Perspectives, Experiences, and Narratives) research study sought to explore and elicit perspectives, experiences and narratives of newly qualified teachers (NQTs) and other school personnel participating in the Droichead process in Irish primary and post-primary schools.
