Abstract:
This research project developed a New Method of vulnerability mapping for the protection of karst aquifers in England and Wales alongside the COST Action 620 project, which developed a framework for a European Approach to karst vulnerability mapping (Daly et ai, 2000). The New Method was applied to six test sites in different karst aquifers in England and Wales.
