Abstract

In the former papers of this series I have directed your attention to the general legal impediments to the application of capital to agriculture in Ireland. In this paper I purpose to bring under your notice the special impediments which are created to such application by the state of the law in particular cases, and I shall, for the present, confine my observations to the cases of trees and waste lands.
