dc.description.abstractThis research project was conducted Trinity FLAC in association with the Public Interest Law Alliance and National FLAC. In recognition of the 50 year anniversary of the founding of National FLAC, Trinity FLAC decided to conduct this research project on public interest law and litigation in Ireland. The intention of this paper is to provide an analysis of the key issues in PIL, evaluating the current legal system and providing a comparative analysis to other jurisdictions.
