Industrial relations reform in Northern Ireland

Abstract

In 1971 the Northern Ireland government set up a Review Body. The Report of the Review Body was published in April 1974. This paper contains a discussion of the circumstances leading to the publication of the Report and an analysis of the Review Body's proposals for reform; a brief survey of the industrial relations system in Northern Ireland is first presented.
