Abstract:
The Interpretation of Irish Statistics is chosen as the subject of this Address because I have wished to draw attention to the main object of our Society. I have also the hope that by illustrations I may succeed in recommending the scientific use of statistics to persons who want to gain a truer insight into Irish social problems
